Our dietitian-approved program teaches you how to fuel your body to achieve your short-term goals, as well as how to eat well, train smart, and live lean for long-term success. This is not a deprivation diet or quick-fix; we work with you to find the right mix of fuel and exercise that enables you to look and feel your best.
We believe that there is no need to eliminate food groups, drastically cut carbs, calorie-restrict, or try to out-train a less than optimal diet. For most of our clients, it’s just a matter of timing and portions of foods as well as identifying the right ratios of protein, carbohydrates, and fat that will help them achieve their goals of fat loss, muscle gain, or overall improved health & wellness. We provide our clients with the tools they need to be able to be disciplined, make smart choices, and live lean.
Programs are created specifically for each participant, based on their starting point and desired end-goal. Body composition, activity level, and metabolism determine the content of the program for each participant, therefore, programs cannot be reused, shared, or duplicated and expected to yield results.
When you participate in the Pump & Shred Program, you will work with a Coach educated in the process of designing a custom nutrition recommendations following the guidelines set forth by Pump & Shred. All of our Coaches have completed the Pump & Shred Program themselves and can share their experiences with you!
